Hummus – From Scratch (Super-Easy)

When you come home after a hectic day; all you want to do is lie down and eat something instant! Well, here I am with a healthy & tasty solution to it!

All you need is:

1 bowl of soaked overnight and steamed Chickpeas aka Gorbanzo Beans3 Cloves of Garlic

1/4 Cup Olive Oil1/4 Cup Dry Roasted and Ground Sesame SeedsDry Roasted and Ground Sesame Seeds

And Salt To taste of course

Process:

Add all your steamed chickpeas, half of the Sesame seeds powder, garlic, lemon, salt and third part of your olive oil into grinder. Keep adding the Sesame seeds powder and olive oil from time to time. And when you feel its at its smoothest your yummy hummus is ready! Enjoy it with your chips as a dip as your ’emergency hunger solace’ or you can even use it as a spread on your bread in your morning breakfast just like me! After all, chickpeas are full of protein so it gives you the best of both the worlds: health and taste!

Well, it is a perfect solution for superbusy women like me! Once you make the hummus and put it in your fridge; you can relish it the rest of the week! Here, your week’s snack part is sorted!
